Cookies ‘n Cream Poke Cake

  • 15.25 ounce boxed chocolate cake mix
  • 4.2 ounce box cookies ‘n creme instant pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 14 ounces chocolate frosting
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 15 chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed


  1. In a 9×13 pan, bake cake according to box directions.
  2. Remove cake from oven and set aside. Immediately whisk together pudding and creamer.
  3. Poke holes all over top of cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Pour pudding mixture over cake and refrigerate for four hours.
  4. In a microwave safe dish, microwave frosting for one minute. Pour over cake and refrigerate until set.
  5. Spread whipped topping over cake and top with crushed sandwich cookies.
