Best whole30 asian garlic noodles you will ever have! These spicy paleo noodles can be served hot or cold- my favorite way is chilled. The flavor is unreal and made me eat two bowls. :)

Ingredients

Gluten free, Paleo

  • Serves 4

Produce

  • 1/2 Carrot, large
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
  • 6 Garlic cloves, medium large
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 6 Medjool dates, large pitted
  • 1 Red bell pepper, small
  • 1 Spaghetti squash, large cooked
  • 1/2 Zucchini, medium

Canned Goods

  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk, full fat
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
