INGREDIENTS
Chicken:

  • 1 & ½ lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 & ½ cups cornstarch
  • 4 egg whites
  • ¼ cup canola oil

Sauce:

  • 1 {14 oz.} can coconut milk {I use full-fat}
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
