Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, depending on how much you love cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make the crepe batter
  1. In a small pan on medium warmth, soften three tablespoons of butter.
  2. The butter will soften, then bubble up and them loosen up.
